The Silk CROS Nx will combine to work with any Signia 3, 5 or 7Nx hearing aid but as the overall quality of sound for both ears is dictated by the hearing aid in the better/good ear, we would recommend selecting the Signia Silk 7Nx.

You need to select the CROS device for the ear you want to send the sound from and then the hearing aid to receive the sound to (in the better/good ear).
